The Roney Palace * 1 Hotel complex sits on 600 linear feet of oceanfront, the complex boasts three oceanfront swimming pools and beach service. The 50,000 square-foot pool deck is elevated above ground level providing mesmerizing infinity views of the ocean. Conceived by renowned New York-based architecture firm Meyer Davis, the poolscape is designed in a series of vignettes made of reclaimed ipe wood from the former Miami Beach boardwalk with shady palms and seagrape trees.
Main Pool
The Main Pool is a vast rectangular oasis with lily pad-like lounges seemingly floating on the surface. You'll find a variety of cabanas and lounge chairs here, as well as the pool's main Sandbox restaurant with a bar, tables and cushy lounges where you can dip your toes in the sand and enjoy fresh coastal fare. There's also an oversized hot tub, yoga deck and cement ping-pong table.
Cabana Pool
One level below the Main Pool, the Cabana Pool is a long, narrow pool where you'll find cabanas, daybeds and lounge chairs, as well as a bar with shaded tables and seating. It feels like a secluded VIP section, but everyone at Roney Palace and 1 Hotel has access.
South Pool
Make the most of your time in the sun with full food and beverage service also available at the South Pool. Enjoy the warmth of our new heated infinity pool, relax on the redesigned pool deck, or lounge in comfort on upgraded seating. For a more private retreat, stylish cabanas are also available to rent—offering the perfect setting for a relaxing day by the water.
Rooftop Pool
While the rooftop pool is reserved for guests of 1 Hotel, residents of the Roney Palace can enjoy the views, cocktails and sushi from onsite Watr restaurant. The rooftop pool was designed by New York-based Nikola Gradisinki of NGNY with white upholstered cabanas, lounge chairs and overstuffed sofas lining the long, narrow pool.
Tala Beach
Before reaching the beach beyond the property's gates, a labyrinthine, landscaped private oasis awaits at Tala Beach. Lounge beneath the seagrape trees or indulge in Mediterranean cuisine.

Plnthouse
